Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the relocation of our Auckland office. You’ll be overseeing facilities and people. This is a high-impact role which will deliver a smooth transition to new premises and support RNZ in new ways of working.
Te Mahi – About the job
In this role, you will:
- Support the end-to-end office relocation project
- Manage lease obligations and landlord relationships
- Represent RNZ throughout the build and relocation
- Support change and communication with kaimahi and leaders
- Ensure ongoing building compliance and H&S standards are met
- Contribute to wider property and facilities work
Ōu Pūkenga - About You
You’ll bring:
- Relevant qualification (tertiary/NZCE/trade) + PRINCE2
- Demonstrated project management and property experience
- Knowledge of building compliance and maintenance
- Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Strong budgeting and forecasting expertise
