Project Manager


We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the relocation of our Auckland office. You’ll be overseeing facilities and people. This is a high-impact role which will deliver a smooth transition to new premises and support RNZ in new ways of working.

Te Mahi – About the job

In this role, you will:

  • Support the end-to-end office relocation project
  • Manage lease obligations and landlord relationships
  • Represent RNZ throughout the build and relocation
  • Support change and communication with kaimahi and leaders
  • Ensure ongoing building compliance and H&S standards are met
  • Contribute to wider property and facilities work

Ōu Pūkenga - About You

You’ll bring:

  • Relevant qualification (tertiary/NZCE/trade) + PRINCE2
  • Demonstrated project management and property experience
  • Knowledge of building compliance and maintenance
  • Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting expertise
