Te Mahi – About the job

We‘re looking for someone to help take NZ’s premier contemporary music programme, Music 101 to the next level with its on-air & online content.

  • Tell great stories & share great tunes that reflect what’s happening in music in Aotearoa and offshore
  • Deliver a vibrant and live interactive listener experience on-air
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across RNZ

Ōu Pūkenga - About You

  • Experience of presenting to an audience live, online or otherwise. 
  • Time spent in front of camera and/or microphone.
  • Sound editorial judgment and demonstrated ability to act decisively and effectively under pressure.
  • Awareness of current entertainment events and trends.
  • A strong knowledge and navigation of digital and social media
