Te Mahi – About the job
This role supports RNZ’s Toitūtanga programme by managing and maintaining key sustainability, emissions and business data that underpin credible reporting and inform innovative and forward-thinking business decisions. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team where your ideas matter and your work makes a real difference.
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver high-quality business support and data-driven analysis
- Support RNZ’s ESG Sustainability programme, focusing on our key pillars of Planet, People and Profit
- Monitor, analyse, and report on RNZ’s carbon emissions
- Provide financial and business advice
Ōu Pūkenga - About You
You will:
- Have relevant experience or a tertiary qualification in a sustainability, financial or related discipline
- Understand environmental sustainability, carbon emissions and reporting
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Show initiative and adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands
- Maintain and interpret data and produce accurate, insightful reporting

right person for the role. We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about business performance and sustainability
- Understands the importance of getting details right
- Enjoys communicating data to make it clear and actionable for others
